“NAVIGATING CHANGE TOGETHER”
Over the past year, BC educators have experienced much change and renewal with implementation of new curriculum in all curricular areas.
With “Career Development” as one of the three goals of the BC Ministry of Education, the re-designed K-12 Career Education curriculum is aimed to support this goal through cross-curricular integration. As such, this year’s CES conference is focused on offering direction and support to BC educators for the successful and meaningful delivery of Career Education in BC.
This year’s conference will have a focus on supporting four themes :
- Re-Designed K-12 Career Education Curriculum
- New and Re-Designed K-9 Applied Design, Skills and Technologies (ADST) Curriculum
- Opportunities for Successful Transitions After High School
- Reaching Out to All Youth: Retention, Transition & Achieving Potential
Meeting take place in the school cafeteria. Enter through the Trades Centre doors on the North side of the building.
